The first time I went out to the Cliff Club, I felt like I was on a different island. The blackness of the ironshore was so stark against the whiteness of the crashing waves along the shoreline, and the bright blue sky in the background was breath-taking!
The Cliff Club offers both oceanfront and oceanview home sites that catch Utila’s easterly tradewinds. You can access the area by going straight up the Airport Road and make a couple of turns until you end up at one of the corners of the Cliff Club triangle.
Many people seek oceanviews, and most of these properties for sale, will give you an incredible ocean view! You’ll be hard-pressed to find anything this close to the ocean for these prices.
Since the Cliff Club is perched above the water about 10 ft, you’ll have great views without needing to be on the oceanfront. This also means to get into the water, you’ll likely head back to town to Chepa’s Beach or all the way to the Airport Beach.
