He keeps her extra busy as an All-Star Honduran baseball player who is working to qualify to represent the Honduran National Team.

Terrie was born & raised in Utila where she personifies the Utila weather;  bright and sunny! Graduating with her Master’s in business administration from the University of Roatan, she’s blessing us with her knowledge by acting as RE/MAX Sunshine’s real estate office manager. Upon taking the wrong/right ferry from La Ceiba, Julie arrived in Utila in 1999 while backpacking through Central America. She met her husband Mitch who was living in Utila for several years, and the rest is history. Their two children were born and raised in Utila with the most incredible childhood anyone could have, surrounded by amazing & welcoming islanders & expats.
Julie acts as broker/agent for RE/MAX Sunshine, priding herself in being the first Accredited Buyer’s Representative in the country and continues to educate herself in order to serve her clients better.
