We’re hoping if you are not with us during the holidays, that you can make it in 2021. Here’s the latest travel info with restrictions on those travelling from the UK & South Africa. This message is translated from the Risk Management Center & Honduran government:
The Government of the Republic of Honduras, through the National Risk Management System (#Sinager), as a preventive measure in the face of the new variant or strain of COVID-19, to the National and International COMMUNICA Community:
1. Entry into the country is restricted by any means and means of transportation to non-resident citizens and / or tourists from the UK and South Africa, or who have stayed or traveled in one of their countries in the past 21 days ..
2. For Hondurans and foreigners residing in the country who have stayed or traveled in countries of the UK or South Africa, for the last two (2) weeks, mandatory quarantine of at least fourteen (14) (14) is established days, al
time of their entry into the country.
3. This measure should be implemented by the National Institute of Migration, starting Wednesday, December 23, of this day, with the corresponding communications being revolved.
4. This measure is temporary. National and foreign nationals are reminded to enter the country, that in addition to complying with the requirements required by the Act, they must comply with the biosecurity measures established by the government of the Republic.
