- Complete the Online Customs Form – ONLINE ONLY!
- Check New Airline Schedules (updated Sept 1, 2024)
- Utila Ferry Schedule
- Removal of Honduras Pre-Check

1. Complete the Online Customs Form (ONLINE ONLY): Honduras has fully embraced the digital age, meaning you must fill out the customs form online before arrival. Even if your airline hands you a paper form, it will not be accepted upon entry. So be sure to take care of this step in advance to make your arrival hassle-free.
You can fill it out before you leave home—making the customs process a breeze so you can hit the beach sooner! Some travelers in Europe have reported needing a VPN to access the form. Also, be aware that the airport Wi-Fi in Roatan may be down, so if you can’t connect, ask someone in the “residents & nationals only” line to share their hotspot.
At the top of the declaration, you can change the language using the dropdown menu shown below:

A common question is “what’s the airport name we’re flying into”? They’ve just added the city names, whereas before it just listed the official name. Yay!!! See the Roatan airport highlighted in blue – Juan Manuel Galvez.
Utila Tip: You’ll be given a QR code, so take a screenshot, in case you can’t connect to your data or wi-fi upon arrival, and you’ll have it saved in your photos.
2. Check New Airline Schedules: Exciting times for travel! Airline schedules have been updated for September 1st, 2024, so be sure to double-check your flight plans. If you’re arriving in Roatan by 1:00 pm, you’ll have just enough time to catch the ferry to Utila. Many travelers prefer Saturday-to-Saturday trips, as these often offer the most convenient options for charter flights between Roatan and Utila.

3. Utila Ferry Schedule: The Honduras Dream Ferries The Honduras Dream Ferries are currently operating routes between Roatan and Utila, as well as to La Ceiba. The ferry departs from Dixon Cove in Roatan at 2:00 pm and arrives in Utila around 3:00 pm. If you can fly into Roatan by 1:00 pm, you should have time to clear customs and catch a taxi to the ferry terminal.
